By clicking on the SCORE display 
in the upper menu of the CENTRAL MANAGEMENT DASHBOARD [02] you can access your current Game Certificate.
You will see your GAME SCORE that is depending on your game performance and difficulty level (BEGINNER, ADVANCED or EXPERT). The difficulty level can be selected in OPTIONS MENU [01] when starting the game.
And you will see your earned badges. The following badges can be earned during a game:
Approval Badge: You will receive a badge for each new product available to patients (Approval by the Regulatory Authorities). A number will be displayed on the badge for the number of approvals you received.
Research Badge: For each project you managed successfully from Research to Clinical Development you will receive a badge. A number will be displayed on the badge with the number of successful project transfers to Clinical Development.
PHASE III Badge: For each project you managed to reach Clinical Phase 3 you will receive a badge. A number will be displayed on the badge with the number of projects that reached Clinical Phase 3.
Share Price Badge: If you managed to double your share price within 12 quarters you will receive a Share Price Badge. The number of Share price achievements will be shown on the badge.
Blockbuster Badge: Only once available! For your first product that reaches Blockbuster status (over 1 billion $ sales in a year) you will receive a blockbuster badge!
Leadership Badge: Only once available! If you reach in all your departments an average employee engagement > 80% you will receive a Leadership Badge for excellent leadership!
